The Surf School Manager is a full-time seasonal position operating from October to May and forms part of the Peninsula Outdoors Adventure Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Adventure, the role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery and coordination of Salty Surf School programs. This is a predominantly hands-on position, with approximately 80% of the role focused on personally leading and facilitating surf, SUP, bodyboarding and water safety programs, and 20% focused on coordinating staff, equipment, vehicles, locations, bookings and daily operations.
