Peninsula Outdoors delivers structured, high-quality school camp programs designed to build student confidence, leadership, and real-world resilience through coastal outdoor experiences.
Located on the Mornington Peninsula, our programs combine ocean-based learning with purposeful challenge, giving students the opportunity to develop practical skills in environments that are both engaging and meaningful. From surfing and snorkelling to coastal journeys and team-based challenges, every element of the program is designed with clear outcomes in mind.
Importantly, our camps are fully facilitated and carefully structured. With integrated transport, experienced staff, and a proven program model, we manage the logistics from start to finish — allowing teachers to focus on their students rather than the coordination of the camp.
Across all seasons, Peninsula Outdoors provides a reliable and well-supported environment for school groups, whether delivering coastal programs in warmer months or land-based adventure and leadership experiences throughout the year.
FACILITIES
Our facilities are purpose-built for high-quality group experiences, with a strong emphasis on supervision, comfort, and seamless program delivery.
The site accommodates up to 180 students across two distinct areas, allowing for flexible group configurations while maintaining clear structure and oversight. The layout supports both large cohorts and multiple groups, without compromising supervision or flow.
Dedicated staff accommodation provides comfort and separation from student areas, ensuring a more sustainable and enjoyable experience for teachers throughout the camp.
Set across open coastal grounds, the property offers a balance of structured spaces and relaxed environments. From shared activity areas and open fields to the pool and fire pits, every element is designed to support both program delivery and meaningful downtime.
CATERING
Our catering is designed to be one less thing for schools to think about — reliable, well-managed, and aligned seamlessly with your program.
All meals are prepared onsite using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with menus developed to support active days while still offering familiar, enjoyable options for students.
A key focus of our catering is the management of dietary requirements. Our team is highly trained in handling allergies and special diets, with clear systems in place to ensure every student is catered for safely and consistently. From coeliac and anaphylaxis management through to cultural and lifestyle requirements, we take a structured and careful approach that schools can trust.
This is an area where we consistently receive strong feedback, particularly from independent schools across Victoria, who value both the quality of the food and the seamless coordination of dietary needs across large groups.
